This document – Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy

(hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) – applies to all information that this Shoco.ua website, accessible at the link shoco.ua, may receive from the user when using our online store, its applications and products.

General Provisions

1.1. Individual entrepreneur Liulich Marta Yuriivna (hereinafter referred to as the Company) values the personal data of her customers and partners. Therefore, all collected data, both personal and commercial, shall be used only for technical and accounting purposes and in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine (including the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce”). As used herein, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

2.1.1. shoco.ua online store (hereinafter referred to as the Online store) shall mean a means for presenting or selling goods, work, or services of the Company or its official partners by entering into an electronic transaction.

2.1.2. The administration of the Online store website (hereinafter referred to as the Website administration) shall mean employees authorized to manage the website, acting on behalf of the Company, who organize and/or process personal data, as well as determine the purposes of personal data processing, their composition, and actions (operations) carried out with such personal data.

2.1.3. Personal data shall mean data or a data set about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified;

Personal data processing shall mean any action or set of actions, such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, renewal, use, and dissemination (distribution, implementation, transfer), depersonalization, destruction of personal data, among other things, while using information (automated) systems.

2.1.5. Privacy shall mean the obligation of persons who have access to personal data to prevent its dissemination without the consent of the subject of personal data and/or the presence of a legal basis.

2.1.6. The user of the Online store website (hereinafter referred to as the User) is a person who has access to the Website via the Internet and uses the Online store website.

2.1.7. Cookies shall mean a small amount of data sent through a web server and stored on the user’s computer, which the web client or web browser forwards to the web server in HTTP request each time when trying to open the page of the relevant website.

2.1.8. IP address shall mean a unique network address of a node in a computer network built according to the IP protocol.

3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Online store website administration for non-disclosure and ensuring the protection of the privacy of personal data that the User provides at the request of the Online store website administration when registering on the Online store website and/or when placing an order for the purchase of goods and/or services.

3.2. Personal data for which permission to process has been obtained within the framework of this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by filling in the registration form (request) on the Online store website (shoco.ua) and includes the following information: surname, name and patronymic of the User; contact phone number of the User; email address or nickname in social networks (e-mail / @name); address for delivery of the Goods.

3.3. The Online store protects data that is automatically transmitted when viewing ad units, as well as when visiting Pages that have a static system script (“Facebook pixel”) installed:

Information about the browser (or other device that accesses the ad);
